Today I help women who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, and stuck in their minds reconnect with themselves, release emotional blockages, and cultivate a heart-centered life through breathwork.

Line is a wonderful, caring and nurturing Breathwork facilitator. She took the time to really make sure I had a good grasp on the technique, on the possibilities that could arise during our session and why I was doing what I was doing. I felt completely held and safe from the minute we agreed on our session together. She guided me easily to depths within myself that I was afraid to go on my own and yet also gave me the space to feel empowered to handle whatever arose for me. It was a perfect balance. I've done a few Breathwork sessions before that were much more intense and I was guided to really push myself. This, however, was gentle yet firm, so gave me a lot more freedom and ease as I dove in.
The most important part for me is always integration, and Line really emphasized that as well which kept me in my well-balanced and blissful state for much longer and more integrated now that it's been a week since our session.
